1. Services

In Focus by Zain provides commercial photography and video production services to businesses across the UK.

2. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final content. All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund minus a £100 admin fee. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.

4. Copyright & Usage

Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for commercial purposes. In Focus by Zain retains copyright and may use work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery is 7 working days from the shoot date. Rush delivery options are available at additional cost.
