Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our programs. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

Online Courses

2-Day Challenge ($9)

Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if no course content has been accessed.

Portfolio Architect ($49)

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 25% of course content has been accessed.

Premium Cohort ($297)

Full refund within 14 days of cohort start date if you've attended less than 2 live sessions.

Studio Hour ($500)

Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before scheduled session. 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.

Field Assessments & Events

For on-ground events (photo walks, masterclasses, workshops):

  • 7+ days before event: Full refund
  • 3-7 days before event: 50% refund or full credit for future event
  • Less than 3 days before event: No refund, but you may transfer your seat to another person
  • No-show: No refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at:

Include your order number, email address, and reason for the refund. We process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse of this policy, including but not limited to: downloading course content before requesting a refund, multiple refund requests, or sharing account credentials.
